We want you to be satisfied with the goods you receive, if you are not happy for any reason with the products you purchased, we will give you a 100% refund on the goods you purchased. All we ask is that you return the products as new and with the original packaging in good order. Any items returned with damaged packaging or not as sold will incur a surcharge.
If you find it necessary to return any goods to us, we need the following information, which must be enclosed with the returned goods.
The invoice number and date (or a photocopy of the invoice)
Your name and address as per the invoice
Description of the goods being returned and the reason for return
Whether you want a refund or replacement
Please note if you are returning the item due to the fact that you have ordered the wrong product then you must pay the return postage and the cost of any packaging sending the item back.
