Hp agilent 3400A ac voltmeter 1 hz to 10 mhz
We have tested this item and it seems to be in good working condition. We tested it with a function generator capable of .1 to 10 volts of output, and the meter responded correctly within that range. We also tested frequency range, and the meter responded between frequencies of ~1Hz and ~10MHz (our generator is not precisely calibrated).
Outside of the tested ranges, we do not know whether this meter is functional, but we see no reason why it wouldn't work, unless there is a blown component, which we would not be able to detect.
