18" wide combo humidified pretzel merchandiser and oven in one unit. Features the "Simplex" Humidity System and cap tube thermometer to keep you informed of the inside cabinet temperature. Uses tap water - no floats to lock up. Three level revolving display rack has a 48 to 50 Jumbo pretzel capacity. Oven cooks 4 pretzels every five minutes, oven goes up to 390 degrees, works with a timer. Can also cook a thawed pizza in 12-13 minutes or a frozen pizza in 20-25 minutes.
Illuminated with 40 watt lights.
