The scanner allows decoding options and interface protocols to be tailored to a specific application.
Configuration is stored in a non-volatile memory so will not be lost when the scanner is unplugged or the power is turned off.
Ideal for use in a wide range of situations and workplaces, the barcode scanner is boxed and complete with instruction manual containing bar codes.

Please note that if you are using an RS-232C type scanner you will need an external power adapter to supply 5V DC power to the scanner (adapter not included).
If you are using a keyboard emulation type scanner with an IBM PC/XT/AT, PS/2 or any compatible computer the power will be taken from the keyboard port and you do not need an external adapter.
