This is a full set in the box of WW1 vintage MOUND METAL SCRAPING TOOLS. This one has the lable mostly torn of but they were usually marked U.S.N. in the corner with a boat anchor. The quantity that were marked in this manner makes me think they may have doubled as barnacle scrapers and not just as machinists tools. These are very sharp and were never used. They have some very light speckles of rust and are mostly dusty. These tools have the type of ends that file handles fit onto. They come in the original wood slide top box that measures: 17-11/16" x 4-1/16" x 2-1/8". The longest curved tool is 16-9/16" long. The double sided chisel is about 12" long. This is a six piece set that is ready to use right out of the box. Even the chisel is mint and unused!
