1937 john deere b - unstyled, short frame tractor

1937 John Deere B, unstyled, short frame. SN B-38414.
This was running around 1985 but it's been parked since then.
The motor was loose until this winter but it's now stuck. I've got it soaking in Marvel Mystery Oil and it should soon loosen back up fairly easily.
The clutch lever has been broken and repaired. The clutch lever linkage is worn and sloppy.
The PTO shaft is twisted at the base of the splines (see photo).
The exhaust pipe and muffler appear to be "new" Deere parts.
The rear rims are split-rim/lock-ring style. The RH wheel center has the original 4-bolt clamp (mounted on the inside) but the clamp is split and broken. The RH wheel splines are worn and loose on the axle. What I can see of the RH axle splines appear to be okay though. The LH side appears to have had the wheel center (the wedge part) cut out (poor "machinist" work) and cobbled back together with a bolted in 3-bolt clamp hub.
The rear tires are shot, the fronts might be usable.
The tractor is in fair shape. It's complete and mostly original. It wouldn't take a whole lot of effort to get it running again.
The tractor is located near Pleasant Hill, MO (SE of Kansas City). It's available for inspection anytime, just email for directions.
