Single Pole 120 Volt 2 pole 50 amp GROUND FAULT Circuit Breaker
The National Electrical Code requires GFCI protection of receptacles located outdoors and in bathrooms, garages and spa areas. This GFCI circuit breaker provides protection against overloads, short circuits and ground faults. It detects very low levels of electrical current leaks (ground faults), and acts quickly to shut off power, preventing serious shock.
* UL Listed (Molded Case Circuit Breakers No. 489 and Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters No. 943).
* Class A (.005 ampere ground fault trip level).
* Available from 15-30 Amps 1 Pole, 15-50A 2 Pole.
* Voltage is 120 and 240 volt ratings
This breaker is a standard 1" wide per pole breaker used in many residential and commercial load centers and panelboards. This will breaker will also fit many other styles of panels including Midwest, ITE, Cutler Hammer BR series and Challenger. There are also several Metering and Pedastel mount gear that have UL listings for GE. The THQL series is the most common style of plug in breakers on the market today and is widely accepted as one of the most reliable.
