20" diffusion pump - vacuum chamber
OK... So here is a shell of a vacuum Diffusion Pump.
Used to be a Varian (I think) 20" Diffusion pump, but it was gutted, heaters removes and blanked off to turn it into a vacuum chamber.
Chamber Measures 20" dia x 40" deep.
The top has quite a few gas ports and 1 KF vacuum fitting. Chamber itself appears to be in great condition. The water line has a small break at the bottom of the system, can be repaired.
No Heaters, No diff Stack... The unit was modified into a vacuum chamber.
