HP / AGILENT 4145A SEMICONDUCTOR PARAMETER ANALYZER
You are looking at an HP 4145A Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer. This unit appears to be fully fuctional but gives error code "M02" which is the code given for no boot disk. The unit was dropped at one time but continued to operate normally. The glass screen protector was broken in the fall and the cabinet is slightly bent. We do not have the boot disk, part number 04145-85100, so we cannot fully test the unit.
