This one was made around 50 years ago back when they built tooling to last. This arbor is made out of heavy metal steel, hardened and precision ground.

We test mounted this arbor to a boring head we have in stock. It was a easy mount and a tight fit.
Too tighten or remove this arbor from the boring head, there is two wrench flats located opposite each other on the widest part of the arbor just above the threads. It takes a 1-3/4 wrench.
This arbor will fit the following Criterion heads: S-3, DBL-203, DBL-204, SL-203, SL-204, 3F-HB, FC-34, FB-44, CB3 Series CRI-BORE, and a TABH-250. This arbor will also fit Erickson Quick Change holders.
