15 P FIXED RENEWABLE CHIP BREAKER DRILL JIG BUSHING
This listing is for 15 new drill bushings out of box in good condition, with some minor spots of light surface rust in places, as seen. Each is a size "P" inner diameter fixed renewable bushing. There are 6 chip breaker bushings 1/2" outer diameter x 1-3/4" length, 4 non-chip breaker bushings 1/2" OD x 1-1/4" L, and 5 chip breaker bushings 3/4" OD x 1" L. Fixed renewable bushings are mostly used when the number of holes drilled will be greater than the expected life of the bushing. By slipping the bushing out of the liner another size may be installed for the next operation to be performed. Clamps or lock screws are used to secure them in the fixture. When drilling material producing long stringy chips, the chip breaker feature is added to the exit end of the bushings to assist in breaking up these chips. The bushing projects beyond the fixture to allow the chips to be broken and not have to travel up the drill flutes. Don't miss your chance to own these items now!
