It is fully functional and in good working conditions. Fully synthesized 160MHz sine/square wave sweep function generator model SSS160.
It was designed using the new Analog Devices AD9954 14 bit direct digital synthesizer IC. The clock rate is at
a 400 MHz. It produces higher purity and improved accuracy waveforms.
- frequencies in .1 Hz steps to 10 MHz steps.
- 160 MHz sine and square waves synthesized from internal crystal oscillator.
- Sweep between any two frequencies in the range of 0.1 Hz to a full 160 MHz.
