These heat sinks will provide lots of cooling for a variety of power semiconductors in a small space. These are black anodized extruded aluminum heat sinks. They measure 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches. There are 2 predrilled mounting holes. The fins are approx 5/8 inch tall. The space in the center is 3/4 inch wide.
