This is a brand new two heads piston filler, simplex SVFe2-500C volumetric filling machine, made of stainless steel, will be perfectly filling your containers with sauces, creams or liquids, And it has very reliable features and is very easy to use.
You just hook this filler up to your compressor and start filling and put the intake hose directly into your tank or put material into hopper, push the foot pedal to do fill. The material is filled into your container accordingly. Adjusting the filling volume will be controlled by moving the sensor without tools and no need to exchange any parts.
* Stainless steel sanitary check valves, connection "T's", and product cylinder , are ideally suited for food, pharmaceutical and hot liquid filling.
* Fill liquids, creams and gels without suspended solids (such as seed ,chunk etc.) or fill products with or without suspended solids, you can contact us ,we can update this machine coming with rotary valves to meet your requirement.
* Cylinder size: 72mm bore diameter 125mm stroke length ,stroke stop adjustable from 10mm to 125mm.
