Atlas Copco ACTA 400 Torque Tester
Torque Transducer for lower Torque Testing 0.2 - 1.0 Nm
This is the ideal solution for testing lower torque assembly tools in a repair shop.
The ACTA 400 TT has an integrated torque transducer. With the exchangeable test joints on top, the system is complete. The checks can be done directly one the female square at the onit or on the included test joint that comes with the unitt.
The advanced electronics read the transducer memory chip, avoiding any possible manual
errors. Pressing one button, you quickly switch settings totest all types of tools: air (except impacts), electric, pulse, torque wrenches and click wrenches. The torque results are shown on the digital display. To further secure accuracy and quality of the measurements,
the ACTA 400 automatically notifies when it is time for calibration of itself and
attached Atlas Copco transducers.
With the ACTA 400 TT/IT you easily check:
Torque settings of all tools
Calibration of your transducerized tools
Torque wrenches and click wrenches
Static torque in your applications
Some basic functionalties are Torque Measurement, Peak, Track, Click, Pulse, Single Memory Position with 200 tightening, Date/Time and Basic Printout (USB to PC).
The ACTA 400 has a data memory recording 200 time stamped measurements. The data is maintained also during a battery change, without plugging in the power cord. With the ACTA ToolTalks PC software, data can be transferred to your computer via the USB interface for printing or storage in Excel.
