This unit would make an excellent addition to any food service establishment. This model has some great features and benefits, such as:
* Stainless steel front, with painted sides and top.
* Independently operated stainless steel doors
* Oven cool switch for rapid cool down.
There are no racks included in this item. This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use, including some surface rust and discoloration on the interior compartment. The side panels are slightly bent and dented in. ( see photos)
A Restaurant Equipment Technician inspected the electrical system of this unit, and found that the fan is working on both settings, all of the controls and thermostat are working, but the timer is NOT working at this time. Being a gas operated piece, we could not perform any other testing on this piece. But, with gas pieces there is not much to go wrong and if problems do arise, parts are generally readily available and usually inexpensive.
