The listed frozen custard machine was purchased new from Ross Manufacturing now Stoeling in 2006. The machine was operated with the highest quality of care and maintenance until we closed our shop in 2009.
The machine is a Ross Manufacturing CC-202 Double Barrel Frozen Custard Machine, Air Cooled with Lemon Ice Switch
Ross CC202 is Continuous Flow Freezer with two 7.5-gallon mix hoppers, and the patented Quick Freeze Technology to minimize the size of ice crystals for a smoother finished product. Continuous-feed system provides high-speed production with a low overrun. Refrigerated, top-mounted hopper pans hold mix at a safe temperature for an extended period of time. Hold cycle keeps barrels at a safe holding temperature during off-cycle periods. Optional multi-temperature control switch makes running specialty products easier.
