This is a very heavy duty level 6 shredder with high volume capabilities. Shreds perfectly - see the result. We ran several hundred pages through it with no issues whatsoever. The sensors all work. The case will show blemishes consistent with use of a machine of this type and we have pictured those blemishes. It is normal and expected for a well oiled machine to show cosmetic signs of oiling in the throat area as can be seen with this machine.
