Hobart bakers aid ultra two bakery convection oven
This is a used Baker Aid Ultra Two oven that was used in a calzone manufacturing operation. This oven is very clean and looks like it has not been used much.
This has the roll in rack that is lifted and rotated inside the oven.
This oven appears to be in good condition. It was removed from the building when new tenants moved in.
This oven was manufactured in 2000. It was not sold until 2005. It was installed for the first time in 2005 and used breifly at a calzone manufacturing business. The calzone plant shut down in 2007 after a very slow two years of operation.
