Dusenbery model 635 bl duplex center slitter
Used 45 Dusenbery Model 635 BL Duplex Center Slitter. Shear cut, top riding roll ready, 500 FPM maximum speed , 21 rewind diameter with top riding rolls and 24 with out top riding rolls. 3 alumimum hardcoat rewind mandrels, light weight for easy removal. Also 2 zone tension control for running up to two different slit widths at the same time. The 635 is equipped with wrap shear cut [can be changed to razor or kiss shear] and shaft mounted male knifes. Cork covered pull rolls and idlers. Truemeter predetermining footage counter. The main drive for this machine is a GE Valutrol with 5HP. 30 integral unwind stand with automatic edge guiding, Fife P-25, edge only. 2 unwind shaft with 2 x3 chucks. Unwind edge guide side shift is +/- 1.5 . Special knife gaurding was added and is interlocked with the machine controls.
