This item is a good used Proofer / Heater / Warmer by Win-Holt. It is in very good condition and worked well when tested. Unit is little over a year old. Sold it new and was traded back in. Other than a few minor cosmetic blemishes from normal use, this unit is solid with lots of service left. Also, it is already mounted on easy rolling casters for easy mobility. Winn-Holt proofers have Heavy Duty, channel construction designed for durability. Construction design makes them easy to clean. The clear door is a great benefit.
