This 1922 hand held English wheel is unbelievable. This metal shaping device, is in excellent condition for its age. Here some specs. Small wheel is 1 5/8 inch tall, 1 1/8 inch wide, made of brass, and bottom wheel is 2 inch tall and 7/8 wide, steel. Manufactured by Stile-Herman in St. Louis, MO, USA.
