This heavy duty insulated drop in NON-REFRIGERATED cold pan is ready for your top mount installation and can hold up to (2) Full Size Hotel Pans (PANS NOT INCLUDED). The full perimeter edge contains spills and condensation within the stainless steel countertop area of the drop-in. This unit boasts an 8" deep display well providing for maximum capacity for ice, and optimum presentation and performance. Convenient 1" integrated drain for ease of cleaning. This unit was uncrated from its original packaging, the unit does have slight scratches over entirety of unit.
