The Small Fry comes standard but can be easily and painlessly upgraded with almost any appliance. The typical upgrade includes, but not limited to, a stainless steel gas grill hooked into your propane tank, fryer switch-out, and/or a three compartment sink. Ask about our upgrade packages and other carts.

All items that are included can vary depending on the cart you order.
Our cart trailers are made of tubular galvanized steel and welded all around. It is completely rust resistant with full leaf spring suspension. The frame is also made with tubular galvanized steel and all around welding. We then spray the cart frame down before assembly to give it a solid finished look. The body of the cart is constructed of light weight aluminum with a stainless steel two burner stove. Is this a cart or what?!
On your new cart you will notice these features:
* Two stage regulator with two shut off valves
* Seamless building rather than pieced together
* Large capacity plex glass storage/display case
* 6 gallon PRESSURIZED (50 PSI) fresh water tank with a 10 gallon waste water tank (A standard requirement in the industry)
* Large fill cap on fresh water tank for easy viewing
* All sink basins are completely caulked to ensure no leakage
* One large sink with hot & cold running water for washing of hands and utensils
* Sink is connected via stainless steel faucet connectors
* Lockable front storage area for non-combustible items
* Fully insulated cooler with easy and quick ice and water disposal
* Triple protection weather proofing in and around cooler
* Large enclosure located in rear of cart for holding propane and waste water tank, both of which are out of sight and lockable. It can hold both tanks to and from set up location.
All pans, specs, and paperwork are included with licensing. All carts arrive crated and ready for use with at full one year warranty from date of delivery.
Our carts are constantly scrutinized for quality and current regulation standards. If we can build it better we will. There is no reason you should pay more for less.

From the stainless steel gas grill to the three compartment sink, you will find, this cart is all you need. And if you find this cart is too much for you ask about our other Street Carts. They come a little smaller in size and price.
