Steel ply concrete forms
These forms are manufactured by Universal Form Clamp Company. They are the same as Symons. There are over 800 forms here and approx. 1/4 of them are brand new. The rest of which have no more than 12 pours. All are in great condition and have an average life span of 150 pours before the resinated plywood needs to be replaced. Paid over $75k in '06. Local pickup is specified but freight is available if you wish to pay for it. The list is as follows:
