University surplus item-possible Carl Zeiss made Photometer.We say possible because though the eye piece is marked Zeiss , there are no other factory info on it other then a warning label in German. There are a couple of hand written tags on it stating that it is a photometer head.Anyone want to volunteer some info on it?
