Microwave Diode Detectors DX-02. I don't know the manufacturer but are probably Aretech or TRW. Tunnel diode type, These have a better match to 50 Ohm than Schottky, better low level sensitivity than Schottky, and no temperature drift. Positive output polarity. These are useful from -50 dbm to 0 dbm input levels and 2-8 GHz. They were typically used as direct diode detectors for ECM recievers. SMA input, RF-6622-847W (similar to a revese sex SMA) output connector. Overall gold plated.
