This is a Electro-Metrics EMCO Model A-8220N medium power RF bi-directional coaxial attenuator. It has the following specifications:
* Connectors: Silver plated type "N"
This looks like a Narda or similar attenuator that has been rebranded for Electro-Metrics for use in their EMI test system. As the photos demonstrate, the attenuator is in very good condition. I have checked it and verified it is in good working condition and the attenuation is 20dB out to beyond 12GHz. No electrical short or opens.
