Sensitive Ohmmeter for checking resistance of motor windings. Built in voltmeter. Fast and easy to use, rugged durable design. Internal memory to store measurements for future reference. Data download to PC. This tester had the batteries left inside and they leaked, I cleaned the contacts the best I could and the tester works. The contacts are not rusted trough, but the chrome covering had to be cleaned away with the sulfate. No software or other accessories are included, no test leads are included either. New batteries are installed.
