Plastic welder hot air blower heat gun vinyl welding
2, Potentiometer To Adjust Temperature 40 C To 550 C
Wide Range Of Welding Applications: Automotive Bumper Repair, ATV & Cycle Fender, Fairing, Cowling Repair, Nylon, ABS, PVC, PP, Plastics and More
Many Other Uses: Forming/Bending Plastic, Drying Nonflammable Wet Surfaces, Breaking Down Paint-Varnish-Solvents, Even Generating Hot Air In Machines & Equipment This is a BRAND NEW HOT AIR PLASTIC WELDER (WITH BUILT-IN AIR MOTOR & TEMPERATURE CONTROL). The Potentiometer Allows You To Weld & Work With Many Different Plastics And Synthetics That Have Various Melting Point. Perfect for repairing and welding Automobile, ATV, Toy, and Motorcycle Parts, Plastic Fairings, Cowl and Tail Sections. Easily mend cracks and fix large, broken areas by cutting out the bad section and welding a good piece in its place. You can even use old or damaged fairing parts as welding rod material. Works With Nylon, ABS, PVC, PP, and More.
Rated Voltage:220V 240V (Please note: It may be unable to use in USA or Canda. )
A Power Transfer Plug will be offered for free.
Please note: the pencil tip in the picture is no longer available now
Here are a few tips about welding.
Prepare the surface, make sure the weld area is clean.
Use a scraper to remove dirt and surface grime or clean grease with a volatile Prepare the surface, make sure the weld area is clean.
Use a scraper to remove dirt and surface grime or clean grease with a volatile solvent
When joining or creating angles V the area to get a stronger weld
To repair cracks drill holes at the end of the crack to relieve stress pressure, V the cracked line and then weld and fill the drill holes
When repairing preformed bends and curves, heat the area first and reshape the area before welding
To fill holes, cut a circle or rectangle replacement piece to fit and weld that in place. Again V the welding surface to increase strength
Use compatible welding rods or make your own from scrap. Make sure the plastic is clean.
Use the roller when joining plastic sheets to flatten and secure joints. The roller can also be used to flatten straight welds.
Air temperatures should be about 250??C to plasticise the sheet and welding rod sufficiently for effective bonding.
Welding speeds of 250-300mm/minute should avoid excessive heating which will damage the sheet cell structure.
Use a protective instrument (such as a metal blade) at the weld line to prevent overheating
Use V joints in lino and vinyl laying and repair.
To butt weld heat the ends of the material to be welded to about 220 degrees C and then press together.
