Dedicated Voice recorder Pen. Built from the ground floor up as a Dedicated Voice recorder, not an MP3 Player Pen with a Voice recorder. This Voice Recorder Pen was developed and built specifically as a Voice Recorder and designed to be the best.
This Dedicated Voice Recorder Pen allows up to 10 Hours of recording on a full charge and Fast Removal and Storage of Recordings. Most all other Voice Recorder Pens on the market were developed as MP3 Players that have a Voice recorder function, only record for 60 seconds or require re-recording of recordings in order to get them off the device and continue additional recording.
For true stealth voice recording you need a device that is undetectable. This stealth DVR Pen has no markings on the outside of the Pen that would indicate it is anything other than a Pen.
Most other Voice recorder Pens on the Market have words on the outside case of the Pen like: Rec, Play, FF, REW, MIC, or have no way for you to verify you have successfully turned it on or started recording! With stealth you have a Spy Voice recording Pen that will not give you away just by someone looking at it. This stealth Pen does have an indicator light at the top of the Pen. This is necessary in order for you to know that you have successfully turned on the device and have it in the function you desire. Other DVR Pens on the open market have a Flashing light on outside of the Pen DURING recording mode or have no way for you to verify the device is on and recording. Flashing lights can draw direct attention to the recording device and may raise questions. If the device has no way for you to verify its on and recording, you could lose capturing that important moment. This stealth pen was designed to be the best voice recording Pen on the market! It records at 128KBPS with an Audio Sample rate of 32 KHz! We installed the highest quality German Microphone.
Recordings are created in WAV file format, preferred for high quality recording. Stores upto 20 hours of recordings. This Pen can record at its high data collection capabilities of 128KBPS with 32kHz Audio sample rate continuously for up to 10 hours* on a fully charged battery. (*Requires you have made available storage space on Pen flash drive) Records conversations over 30 feet away! If you can hear it, the Pen records it. 32 KHz means it samples the sound 32 times a second!
Most DVR Pens on the market were designed primarily as MP3 Players with DVR as a secondary feature and record at 32KBPS with and audio sample rate of 8 KHz.
Other Voice Recording Pen on the Market do not Advertises this Option. If you are listening to a recording from other Pens on the market you cant back up or move forward during playback of a recording. This means you have to start over at the beginning of a long recording just to hear that important part again, or listen through a lot of dead air or unimportant stuff just to get to the good part.
Quick Recording file transfer from Pen to PC or Mac.
Your recordings are created as a Computer file in Audio WAV File format. They are stored on the internal Flash storage drive inside the Pen. This means that to move your recordings from the Pen for storage on your computer you just plug the Pen into the USB port on the computer and move them as you would any other computer file on your computer. Its as quick and simple as dragging them to the folder on your computer you want to store them in or using the cut and paste command.
Some other Voice recorder Pens offer this feature. In Fact, most of them do. However, please be aware, some do not offer the ability to move the Recording from the pen only delete or record over them. Others require that you insert a cord to the Microphone jack of your computer or other recording device, then play the recording back from the Pen to the computer or other device. You then tell the other recording device to record what is playing back from the Pen. This means that if you are trying to move 7 hours of recordings from the Pen, it will require 7 hours for it to play back to the other device recording it. Until you move the recordings off of the Pen, your available space to continue recording is limited. While you are re-recording your recordings you cant use the Pen. When you are re-recording the recording and it takes the same amount of time as the original recording. Since this is not a digital file transfer and its a re-recording of the sound, you will lose some of the quality of the original recording.
With true stealth capabilities your Pen will not be a distraction to others!
In addition to storing the recording files, you can store ANY computer file on the flash drive of this Pen (up to 1GB). Just plug your Pen into the USB port of any computer and it becomes an assigned drive under the My Computer icon on the Desktop. (Pen has USB Plug located in the middle of the Pen when unscrewed) From there, copy files quickly and easily from a computer to your Pen. Easily transport files from one computer to another. Work on your Word document (Business letter or school essay) while at work or school from your Pen, then bring it home to finish it!
