A XT Keyboard is required to fully operate the Hobart Quantum Self Service Deli Scale & Printer. The XT keyboard is not included.
The Quantum self-service scale has a food-safe polymer exterior designed for cleaning and sanitizing. The contoured seamless design sheds juices and food particles. It's also water resistant. The platter is stainless steel, stamped construction, adding durability to its easy-cleaning character. The membrane keypad is also easy to clean.

We purchased this item from a grocery store that was using it in a working environment. The scale is used and has minor cosmetic flaws. The Hobart Quantum has been powered on. The screen is bright and clear. The scale provides an accurate weight. The printer automatically prints two labels when powering on (no ink is used for this). The purpose is so the scale can measure the label stock being used. We are not able to test any further do to the fact that we do not have a XT keyboard used to access and work in Supervisor mode. Without access to the Supervisor mode we are unable to test some key components, such as the print head ink quality. Our 30 day warranty only covers what we were able to test and guarantees that the item fits the description listed.
