This is a unit of USED SUPER SYSTEMS ELECTRIC OVEN / PROOFER COMBO, MODEL OP-3 BY PIPER (STOCK # 10041).
This unit came to our warehouse recently, and it has been tested and found to be in good working condition. The unit shows some signs of being a used equipment, but just normal wear and tear.
This unit consists of one full size oven and one full size proofer, similar to the ovens Subway uses to bake their own bread.
The door operates well, closes tightly, and the glass is free of cracks, and looks very clean.
