The 6AW8 tube was used by Allied Radio in thier Knight kit receivers R-55, R-55A, R-100, R-100A, 83YU726 and Span Master.
Heathkit used the 6AW8 tube in thier SB-401, HX-10 Marauder and HX-20 transmitters as did Hammarlund in the HX-50 and HX-50A transmitters. The Poly-Comm 62 transceiver also used the 6AW8 tube.
Hallicrafters used the 6AW8 tube in the SX-140 receiver and National used the 6AW8 in the NC-105 and NC-121 receivers.
Mosley used five 6AW8 tubes in the only receiver they ever produced the CM-1.
These new old stock G.E. 6AW8A tubes are tested as new on our B&K 707 tube tester.
