Hamburger patty mould machine - makes two sizes -
* Includes: one apron and two different sized patty moulds
* Unit ejects the moulded patty along with the waxed paper
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR NO. 3666 HAMBURGER PATTY MOULD MACHINE
To operate the machine correctly you will require:
* A. #3666 patty mould machine with one of two different moulds - Grey mould forms 4 to 5 patties per pound - The green mould forms 6-9 pattties per pound.
* Place a maximum of 100 waxed patty papers on the posts of the machine - located on either side of the handle.
* Hang the apron from the bar - waxed side down.
* Place a measured quantity of ground meat on top of the stack of patty papers.
* Lower the handle, making sure that the apron lies between the meat and mould.
* Lif the handle to eject the patty.
