Precision shearing at it's best!
Simple to operate, this is ideal for shearing mild steel through 14 gage as well as plastic, zinc, lead, aluminum, brass, copper, etc.
Heavy cast iron body is rib reinforced for long life and high accuracy with accuracy with a precision ground table
Additional structural braces are provided for added rigidity and for support for this hydraulic system.
A fully integrated 3 HP hydraulic pump and tank unit is mounted under the shear bed.
Double acting cylinders with sealed lines, pressure relief valve and electrically operated hydraulic valve complete the sealed system.
Electric controls include a remote foot switch, motor starter, transformer and selector for singel stroke or continuous operation. The upper arm returns to the top of the stroke from any position if the operator removes his foot from the guarded foot switch. High carbon high chrome alloy tool steel blades have 4 cutting edges on bottom blade and 2 edges on upper blades even pressure.
Features cast iron front arm extensions and precision front and back gauges.
