The Metrologic SP5535 Optimus is a compact batch portable data terminal designed for retail and light warehouse applications, including inventory and stocking. The SP5535 Optimus has several programming options for users with different levels of programming skills and comes with 2MB of memory to accommodate users with larger inventory. You never need to worry about switching batteries - the rechargeable Lithium Ion has a long battery life and allows approximately 100 hours of scanning per charge. The terminal has an easy to view 100 x 64 pixel LCD display that is backlit for easy use in a variety of environments.
