This Ultrasonic welding machine was pulled from a working evironment and is in excellent condition. The unit was orginally used for ecapsulating medical devices in plastic using the Herrmann Ultrasonic welder. It is fully automated using a Omron PLC system and could be easily reconfigured to fit your custom application. Omron Interface Color Touch Screen Display
The NT31/NT31C is a sophisticated display unit (programmable terminal) which automatically displays information and can also be used for operations when necessary. The NT31/NT31C displays real-time information about the system and equipment operating status, etc. Its power of expression is enhanced by graphs and other visuals, making the displays easy to understand.
Omron Sysmac CPM2A Programmable Controller
The advanced CPM2A series micro controller delivers you the most feature-packed micro solution in control industry. With wide variance of built-in I/O points and supply voltage, this small packaged controller offers its rich instruction set, convenient built-in multiple communication interfaces to programming peripherals, SCADA host or HMI device.
Its high speed I/O processing enable easy implementation of motion control application. Distributed and autonomous control system could be realized through the hi-speed CompoBus/S interface to the CPM2A.
Herrmann Dialog 2112 with a Dynamic Active Control 1012
This welding programmer provides active controlling capability and amplitude which minimizes the need for booster charges. The generator tunes it self automatically in 1000 hz range. Includes good or bad weld detection which eliminates the need for weld inspection. Comments: This unit is an excellent cost effective alternative for any sonic-welding application.
