Lot of 20 Micrel MIC2514 IttyBitty Integrated high-side power switches. These chips integrate a TTL compatible input and a protected P-channel MOSFET. They can switch a voltage from 3V to 13.5V at more than 400mA of continuous current. Inrush current limiter makes the MIC2514 suitable for capacitive loads. Thermally protected.
