LOT two (2) Tecogen Tecochill Heat Exchangers
This is a Lot of two (2) 60 ton natural gas fired Tecogen Techochill chillers (Heat Exchangers) were in good working condition when removed from service recently. The units were made by Tecogen, Waltham MA., in 1999. The units are identical and in the same condition. The cover was removed from one of the units for photography purposes.
Each unit has a GM 460 V-8 operating on natural gas as a power source. Both engine heads were replaced in the past 2 years. Each has about 200 pounds of R22 coolant. Includes heat recovery for heating pool or augmenting space heat.
