Brand new Glass Prismatic replacement Lens, For Metal halide, mercury, and High pressure sodium fixtures. Lens has a flat mounting surface 12" wide and 8-1/8" high, and about 5/8" flat all the way around with the exception of the two indentations on the one side. They are about 1/8" deep, the inside is 3/4" wide, and then each side angles up and it's about 15/16" wide on the outside edge. When you lay the lens flat the peak is 3" high. The faces of the lens are 4" wide and 6" wide. Sorry but we don't have a name or a make on these, but we do have access to more so if your lights are vandalized every now and again we can hook you up with more of them . The second picture is a tracing of the lens laying flat - so that is the side that fits into the light fixture. These are for lights made in the USA so I would assume Hubbell or Killark or Crouse Hinds and the like.
