If you have used these units before you know how important they can be
when it comes to repairing Computer, TV monitors.
During the time I operated a service shop we purchased and used the
best equipment we could find because we repaired equipment for some of
the top companies in the USA. This Minolta Color Anyalyzer was no exception.
When I had a fully operational repair shop we used this unit to set factory color levels, white levels, convergence, on Computer
monitors, video game monitors, and TV's, Terminal work station, etc. The Minolta analyzer has lots of
uses, it can be used to set many functions related to light levels, color levels, and even will analyzer
convergence. This is an excellent tool to have in your repair shop. When we repaired monitors we wanted
to insure that the white levels and color were set to factory specs, because every company uses a different
standard for this and it is very noticeable if you do not set color and white levels to factory standards, especially
in an environment where a company uses all the same factory monitors.
We originally purchased this unit for about 7000.00 and even though the value has gone down
the unit still does the same work it did years ago, and it does an excellent job of it as well.

This unit can measure color, brightness, on surfaces as well such as in Paint matching.
