Pfannenberg filtered fan sytem for cabinet cooling cnc
Pfannenberg Active Fan and Passive Filter Setup.
Cut two 8 3/4" square holes in your electrical cabinet, one at the top and one at the bottom. Mount the passive filter unit at the bottom and the fan at the top. They will snap into the cutout in the sheet metal without any fasteners. The fan will draw out the hot air which will draw cool air through the filter and keep your electrical cabinet cool and dust free.
One corner of the passive unit has a chip visible in picture #3 but won't affect the performance.
