This is a nice EICO 950B Resistance-Capacitance-Comparator Bridge.
Working, 1950s vintage. All original tubes and knobs. Nice for testing out vintage capacitors before you use them- goes up to 500 volts. You can also match capacitors because it is a comparator as well, so it is great for building audio stuff where you want to match channel to channel.
