The amplification strength of these PMT's vary from tube to tube but we used them at 1200 volts and all PMT's still produced a good signal pulse. According to the spec sheet the voltage can be as high as 1750V if stronger signal gain is desired. For the manufacturer's specifications and pinouts I have posted these links:
