RS01RPT Super Active RFID Receiver Module I and 8 Meters Transmitter
This is a low cost active RFID receiver (can read our active rfid modules only) with RS232 interface to connect to a host directly. This can also be used to drive some other circuitry via IO0 and IO1. A 9 to 12V DC supply is required to power the unit, which has a current consumption of less than 200 mA. A 9VDC/300 mA (2.1 mm center positive) plug jack will do fine. The on board relay has 28VDC 12A rating which is sufficient to switch on/off any external circuit.
This kit contains 1 RS01RP and 1 RF8315T 8 meters transmitter.

Since this is an active RFID device, you don t need to touch the receiver to activate the on board relay. This is very usefully for disability or elderly peoples who are using automatic devices such as electric door. A wheel chair installed with our transmitter can open an electric door when the wheel chair is within 8 meters from the door.
