The motor part number is 5KCP29MK299AS. Specs say single phase, 1/6 HP, thermally protected, 115V 50/60 Hz, 1000 RPM. Requires a 40 MFD run cap (not included). The motor is open frame, 5 inches diameter, 5 1/2 inches long including the bearing housings (but not the shaft). The shaft is 1/2 inch diameter, 1.5 inches long, with a flat. Wires are about 12", red, blue, & yellow.
It's face mount with four studs projecting from the shaft end of the motor on a 4 1/2 inch diameter circle. It looks like it wants to be mounted horizontally, from the looks of the bearing oil tubes. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
P.S. Additional information: I don't have a wiring diagram, but try this. Yellow to common. Red to hot. Blue to hot through a 40 MFD run capacitor. To reverse, switch the red and blue wires. This motor is an instant reverse motor. You can reverse it while it's running.
