Simply the best slicer made. This is a used Hobart 2912, semi automatic slicer. 1/2 hp, two speed, belt drive, auto carriage, microban coated, The top of the Hobart slicer line.
Wonderful used slicer. Used in a small deli/store which was closed a few years ago and has been in storage for a few years so use was minimal.
Great looking, and fully working unit ( and by that I mean the speed selector switch is working which most model 2912's have and issue with).
Own the best slicer that is made for much less than others want for some silly brand like Globe or Berkel.
This machine is in my Chicago, IL store.

Yes, I will strap this to a pallet and load it onto any truckers truck. I have sold slicers before this way and I will gladly do this again.
