It is the Toolchanger assembly, everythign shown included.
It has Absolute Encoder Type E, S/N 26-086 and an Orbmark Motor Type ORB-M-26-2P, Mfg # 86K.
Wires are cut, and it is a little dirty and the pod for position #2 is not there..
