New emco maier compact 5 lathe tool setting scope
I have been informed that this is a "Optical Tool Presetting Device" for Emco Maier PC Turn 155, Concept Turn 155, and Concept Turn 250. This item is complete with the adjusting gage part #VDI-16. Emco has informed me that it may be able to be adapted to other machines and is complete, however it was originally intended for the above state 3 machines.
